Cold showers improves circulation, relieves depression, keeps you healthy, improves fertility and even helps recovering after a workout. So they are good for you in every possible way. In our house it can take ages before the water turns warm, so we are forced with a cold wash. It might be good for you, but try to explain that to my 2-year old son.
