A rather coincidence, but at the start of this year we decided to work out again regularly. My wife and I started running some time ago, but gave up after a while. This year we decided on fitness. I’m currently building up my strength and ending with a short run on the treadmill. It’s doing great for my overall well-being and I have a lot fun with it. Recently I came across an article on the Urban Beardsman @beardbrand stating that exercising can do wonders for the growth of your beard. Another great reason to keep going of course.
